Business Development Manager


Job Description:
VoiceLog® a division of BSG Clearing Solutions, is seeking an exceptional salesperson with the drive and enthusiasm to achieve phenomenal success with the company's established Call Recording and Third Party Verification initiatives. This position will focus on selling the VoiceLog® suite of products including Virtual Call Recording,  Automated and Live Operator Third Party Verification products to a countless number of verticals not limited to Merchant Processors, Call Centers, Cable Companies, Telecom Companies and Energy Companies.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Sourcing Prospects - Developing and maintaining a pipeline of target clients and channel sales partners
  • Delivering Executed Contracts - Managing the entire sales cycle and exceeding sales quotas
  • Representing VoiceLog® and BSG at industry symposiums and conventions

Profile:

  • Minimum degree of B.A. or B.S. required.  Prefer relevant under-graduate degree (i.e. Business, Marketing Communications) or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 2 years of demonstrated success in business or technology sales preferred but not required
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to develop and implement sales plans and tactics
