ESBI® stands for Enhanced Services Billing, Inc.® The service providers that appear under ESBI are for enhanced services that are beyond basic phone service, such as directory listings, web hosting and design, Internet access, email service, hospital telephone providers, premium pay-per-call services such as weather, sports, and information services and voicemail. All companies who provide ESBI services to their customers must be authorized by major telecommunications carriers and go through an extensive application and certification process.
Consumers can purchase ESBI products at authorized merchant websites and pay for them on your home phone bill. Look for the ESBI bill transaction type as an insert in your home phone bill.
